GALLERY 28mm WWII other nations

Well after putting gallery's up for the main troops in my games over the years I thought I would finish the period with a gallery of other nations I have done for both Europe & North Africa.
Firstly we have the Italians for both theatres...all the troops for the desert come from both Artizan /Perry's and Warlord games with some lovely vehicles from Perry miniatures.

Next we have our Italians for Central Europe & Russia and these come predominantly from Warlord games...did enjoy the paratroopers.

Now we go back to the desert for our Free French  and their Algerian goumiers and vehicles.
Figures are from Artizan and vehicles from the Perry's.

These chaps were my little et of spy's and guides for the African campaign's.

Finally ,a couple of Russian units gone for the European theatre with figures again from Artizan.

GALLERY: 28mm Napoleonic British & Allies

Once you have a gallery for Napoleonic French then you have to have one for their enemies...So here I have put together a selection of shots of the same....sticking with the format as said with the French etc...I haven't put in any of Tony Won's collection ,but if you go to my website at www.metalmercenaries.com I think they are definitely worth a look.
Above you will find those stalwarts of the period British 95th Rifles made of both metals and plastics from Perry's.
Below I have first listed different British regular from both later and earlier periods.

Here we have some great Dutch/ Belgian troops from Perry's...lovely sculpts.

Here we have later Prussian troops with regulars and Landwehr as well as Nassau troops for Waterloo.

Next we come to Russian regulars from Foundry with their brother artillery and Cuirassiers from Perry's. Also some great battlefield accessory carts to embellish your games.

Now to a bit of Austrian stuff as they say with artillery and Dragoons.

28mm Early Rome

This set of figures are from Redoubt Enterprises and I was asked to paint a few for owner Trevor some time ago.
The figures were not actually the best sculpts around but for Early Romans and Etruscans they did the job fine. Below are shown the Etruscan warriors and their Roman counterparts along with auxiliaries used by both during the period. Archers ,slingers and javelinmen. I hand painted all the shields myself as I usually avoid transfers if I can help it. You can plainly see the old Greek influence still relevant.
