28mm Indian Mutiny

Here we have some shots of a set of Indian Mutiny figures that I have recently done for my matey Desmond ,there were many more Mutineers but I am sure you get the gist

I am not quite sure on all the makers but I am sure that a vast majority are Foundry. I really enjoyed painting these chaps as I made a welcome change from WWII and Napoleonics ...lol

Below are my usual action shots with the Mutineers attacking a British position held by sailors of the Navy contingent.

28mm Indian Mutiny

Haven't really painted lots in this period but have painted for Mike Snook so I suppose Mr Iron Duke Miniatures is a good reference. Enjoyed painting these figures and doing all the washes to get the right effect...
Haven't got any shots of the original Iron Duke stuff but do have the Foundry ones apart from the chaps charging through the gate...that was done for Mike with his new stuff and he actually used it for a header when Iron Duke first appeared. First below we have some of the troops from the regular units in the Mutiny in their unique period uniforms.
