28mm WWII Horsa Airborne Raid Skirmish game

After painting a collection of 1st Corps WWII British Paratroops and Germans I thought it only proper to have a game...  Above shows the full layout at the beginning of the game.
I started with 2x ten man squads of British Paratroops with full supports of light machine gun teams and mortar teams and a mobile command set.
My German forces consisted of a squad of Wehrmacht in a bunker near the bridge and a 2nd squad at a flak bunker with a command team and a hanomag. The bunker near the bridge was supported by a German Wespe. They also had reserves off table of a Stug III with a squad of Paratroops and a Panzer IV with a squad of SS Grenadiers
The idea is for the Paratroops to find a destroy a German communication set in one of the bunkers an

Table view from different angles

The paratroops advance towards both objectives

German guards on the bridge spot the British advance but as they do the mortars take out the open topped Wespe

The Germans are now warned and the German officer calls out his squad

The attack on the bunker near the bridge seems to be going well and the Para's move closer

The squad of para's attacking the flak bunker reach the road way in front of the bunker inflicting casualties on the Germans

The British paras make a final assault on the bridge bunker

Whilst at the flak the paras are finding it harder to break through the German defences

Finally the bridge bunker is taken as the Germans retreat across the bridge ...but the British find no communication equipment

The hanomag and crew  advance towards the bridge

Unfortunately a support dice it throw and the German reserves join the battle...now the British are "for it"

The British troops retreat quickly to their transports to make a hasty getaway but not after an unseen 3rd British paras small section hadn't raided the bunker and destroyed the comms. equipment before leaving
WELL DONE THE BRITS
