28mm Biblical Phoenicians

After Dave Thomas gave me these figures many years ago I thought it was only fare to bring them back to full glory.

The first thing I had to do was check on the Foundry website to see what I actually had. On settling on PHOENICIANS I got the colour schemes I wanted and then "off you go". I really enjoyed  this as the initial work was very clean and clear. Am keeping these for my own growing Trojan / Biblical collection.

WAR OF THE ROSES 54s... more archers

After doing he first lot of 6 archers for Dave last years ,he asked me to do 12 more for Richard III sticking to the same wargames style. So I went to it ...the figures come in kit form and you can variant heads if you get a few. It's very weird painting 54's for wargaming when you are usually painting this size s models one at a time.
I have chosen to put them for the photos in front of some of my own 28mm troops and I must admit it looks ok. They have been posed random and in formation to try to show the variety.
